Our facility houses over 48,000 square feet of training space. Our Aviation Maintenance Technology School and  Avionics programs offer stackable certificates and associate degrees.

  • Our 8-quarter Aviation Maintenance Technology School (AMTS) curriculum consists of 2,247 hours of instruction in over 40 subject areas, with work being done on a variety of fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters. Students learn to maintain both reciprocating and turbine engines, repairing systems and components. 60% of the students' learning time is spent in a laboratory environment.

    • Advanced Avionics: Aircraft Electronics Technician Training
      Learn to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft electronic systems.

      Stackable Certificates in Advanced Avionics

      Aircraft Electronics Certificate
      A short-term Electronics Certificate allows a student to be qualified for entry-level work in a variety of industry sectors in the electronics field. This certificate is a prerequisite to the Aircraft Wiring Certificate.

      Aircraft Wiring Certificate
      A short-term Wiring Certificate allows a student to be qualified for entry-level work in a variety of industry sectors in the electrical and aerospace manufacturing field. This certificate is a prerequisite to the Aircraft Avionics Systems Certificate.

      Aircraft Avionics Systems Certificate
      A short-term Avionics Systems Certificate allows the student to be qualified for entry-level work in the aerospace manufacturing field.

      Advanced Avionics Technician Certificate
      Completion of all three short-term certificates earns the Advanced Avionics Technician Certificate. When combined with FAA A&P Certification, the student will be qualified for Avionics focused work in the Aviation Maintenance industry.
